<div><strong>Fully Remote Telehealth BCBA - Colorado</strong><br/><br/><strong>$95 - $105 per hour | Fully Remote | Flexible Schedule | Full-Time or Part-Time</strong><br/><strong>Established caseload available immediately</strong><br/><strong>Spanish-speaking preferred</strong><br/><br/><strong>About the Role</strong><br/><br/>We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Colorado team in a fully remote telehealth role.<br/><br/>As a Telehealth BCBA, you will provide clinical oversight, complete assessments and treatment plans, supervise RBTs, support families, and ensure high-quality ABA services for children with autism spectrum disorder.<br/><br/>Spanish-speaking is preferred, but not required.<br/><br/><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br/><ul><li>Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments</li><li>Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans</li><li>Provide ABA program management for children with autism spectrum disorder</li><li>Supervise RBTs and provide clinical support, training, and coaching</li><li>Conduct supervision through telehealth</li><li>Deliver parent and caregiver training sessions</li><li>Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate</li><li>Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner</li><li>Collaborate with families, RBTs, and internal team members to ensure quality care</li><li>Support families in improving communicative, social, behavioral, and adaptive outcomes</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>Qualifications</strong><br/><ul><li>Must be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst through the BACB</li><li>Must be in good standing with the BACB</li><li>Must be willing to complete or have completed the 8-hour supervisor training through the BACB</li><li>No Colorado state license required</li><li>Willingness to complete Colorado Medicaid contracting requirements</li><li>Ability to maintain required background checks, CPR, and First Aid certification</li><li>Strong communication, organization, and time management skills</li><li>Experience providing services via telehealth is preferred but not required</li><li>Bilingual Spanish-speaking is strongly preferred</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>Technology Used</strong><br/><ul><li>Google Meet for telehealth sessions</li><li>CentralReach for practice management and documentation</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>How to Apply</strong><br/><br/>If you are passionate about helping children and families and are looking for a flexible, fully remote BCBA opportunity with an established caseload, we would love to hear from you.<br/><br/>Please submit your resume and cover letter or send them to .<br/><br/>We look forward to speaking with you about joining the GreenLight ABA team.</div>
