Job Summary

As a Senior Analyst on the Overall Performance and Insights group at Target’s media business Roundel, you will work directly with customers to evaluate the effectiveness of their media investments, identify opportunities to optimize and grow media spend, deliver insights, and enhance their understanding of key audiences.

Job Responsibilities

  • Interact directly with Roundel’s customers to review media investment performance.
  • Identify strategies to optimize and grow media spend.
  • Deliver new insights to customers.
  • Develop compelling narratives from data and drive audience understanding.

Qualifications

  • 4‑year degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in digital media, organization, marketing or retail.
  • Passion for consumer engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to choose and quantify advertising outcomes and understand how to provide insights.
  • Ability to synthesize data sets into compelling stories.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the digital media landscape.
  • Methodical, organized, and detail‑oriented.
  • Motivated, self‑starter with genuine interest in how things work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with statistics visualization tools or web analytics equipment.

Remote / Hybrid Work Option

This role can be considered for a remote or hybrid work arrangement based on the candidate’s preference. A hybrid arrangement may involve a mix of virtual and on‑site work at a Target region. A remote arrangement may involve the employee working full‑time from home or a location that is not a Target headquarters location, with possible visits up to four times per year. Work duties may not be performed out of doors of the U.S. A primary work location may be specified by Target.

Compensation

Salary: $20‑30 per hour. The income range is (min) USD - (max) USD. Pay is primarily based on factors such as education, experience, certifications, and talent, among others.
