Strategic Ops Lead
Job Description:
- Manage all manual pilots
- Ensure perfect delivery for all Pizza Catering orders
- Manage a team of contractors and daily administrative tasks
- Manage the rollout of LOF across new businesses, new products, and new bets
- Support broader strategic pilot sprints
- Collaborate with Alli and Venki on LOF rollouts
- Support cross-functional partners in the Dasher team, Marketing, and Product through pilots, deep dives, and ad hoc support
- Present information to leadership
- Lead experiments
- Triage product gaps to the right partners
- Find solutions and learnings quickly
- Report to the Associate Manager for Catering on the Strategy & Operations team in the Drive Commerce Platform organization
Requirements:
- 2+ years of work experience, especially with Data Analytics, customer-facing communication, and testing/piloting experience
- 1+ year managing a team and creating and hitting goals
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to present information to leadership
- Ability to lead experiments
- Ability to triage product gaps to the right partners
- Self-starter with a strong bias for action
- Extreme attention to detail on orders
- Ability to handle context switching and constant reprioritization
- Ability to think on your feet
- Ability to learn and use AI to be more effective
