Intel's Networking Solutions Group (NSG) is seeking a highly experienced Sr. Ethernet Product Manager Product Manager to define and drive the next generation of Intel Infrastructure Processing Unit (IPU) solutions. This role sits at the intersection of networking architecture, customer requirements, product strategy, and silicon development, requiring deep expertise in Ethernet technologies and data center networking.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping Intel's future Ethernet portfolio by translating customer and market needs into innovative product strategies that drive competitive differentiation and business growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and requirements for Intel's next-generation IPU solutions.
  • Translate customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights into differentiated product features and business opportunities.
  • Partner with architecture, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to guide product development.
  • Serve as a technical thought leader with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and revenue models to support product growth and market success.
  • Represent Intel with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders while influencing product direction and technology adoption.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field with five+ years of related experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience in datacenters, servers, or Ethernet Networking.
  • 10+ years of networking protocols and data center system architectures.
  • 5+ years of product management, technical marketing, technical management, or related experience.
  • 5+ years developing product business value proposition.


How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or advanced engineering degree.
  • Familiarity with Cloud, Telco and Enterprise data center deployments with a focus on networking solutions.
  • Experience with ASIC/SoC development cycles and vendor management.
  • Experience in contract negotiations and background in supply chain operations for silicon products.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $160,980.00-311,040.00 USD

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Work Model for this Role

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
