Our consultants take clients on a journey through strategy, implementation, customization, and support, ensuring exceptional customer experience at every step of the way. As a Solutions Architect, you will elevate TTEC Digitals relationships with our accounts by approaching them through a customer experience lens and architecting bleeding-edge technology solutions which address their business challenges. In addition, you will be a thought leader both internally and externally, always embodying our core values of innovation, passion, excellence, and integrity.</div><h3>What Youll Be Doing</h3><ul> <li><u><strong>Client Engagement</strong></u></li> <li>Assists in winning and/or extending business by working cross-functionally with sales and delivery to develop client proposals and presentations around process and solution options, clearly explaining technical concepts for shared understanding to facilitate decision-making</li> <li>Demonstrates a proven ability to establish himself/herself as a trusted advisor in an atmosphere of partnership with clients at the primary stakeholder level</li> <li>Demonstrates a consistent aptitude for proactively guiding and consulting technical and non-technical project-level client stakeholders on technical concepts or design implications</li> <li><u><strong>Project Delivery</strong></u></li> <li>Leads medium-scale technical requirements elicitation, design, and scoping discussions, internally and/or with existing and potential clients</li> <li>Decomposes medium-scale requirements/user stories into tasks, and accurately estimates the effort for themselves or others to complete those tasks</li> <li>Professionally delegates technical tasks to other team members for multi-workstream projects of medium scale and moderate complexity</li> <li>Demonstrates a consistent capability for successful project leadership, including both on- and off-shore resources</li> <li>Identifies problems independently and demonstrates proactive ownership of their solution, vets and evaluates others’ proposed solutions, and delegates ownership to others where appropriate</li> <li>Demonstrates a proven, repeatable track record of successful medium-scale project delivery</li> <li>Demonstrates an ability to monitor other consultants’ completion of tasks, to help other consultants eliminate or work around impediments, and to identify additional work for others</li> </ul><h3>What You Bring to the Role</h3><ul> <li>Ability to architect and set standards for low- to medium-complexity solutions using a variety of technologies, platforms, and integrations</li> <li>3+ years of experience with Agile delivery, and is able to recommend whether an Agile, traditional/waterfall, or hybrid approach is most suitable for a project</li> <li>·<u>5+ years’ experience leading consulting projects, including</u>:</li> <li>Implementing, configuring and customizing Microsoft D365 including but not limited to configuring forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, solutions, etc. </li> <li>Implementing, configuring and customizing Power Platform including but not limited to Power Automate, Power BI, PowerApps </li> <li>Configuring and customizing Copilot Studio</li> <li>Implementing two or more of the following: Microsoft Dynamics D365 Sales, Contact Center, Customer Service, Customer Insights</li> <li>Migrating data and and/or implementing integrations to and from D365</li> <li>Is able to identify whether a routine of high complexity should be implemented via a no-code solution or via a software development effort</li> <li>Has experience with two or more the following: C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Microsoft ADO, Integrations with external systems, SQL queries, HTML/CSS, ETL solutions such as Scribe or SSIS with KingswaySoft, SDK, and third-party tools such as XRMToolbox.</li> <li>Has two or more relevant Microsoft certifications</li> </ul><div><span>#LI-DD1</span></div> <div><span>#LI-Remote</span></div><div><br /></div><div><strong>Team Overview</strong></div> <div>For ten years in a row our Microsoft practice has achieved Microsofts Inner Circle Award designation and we have been recognized as Partner of the year for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Service, ‘Partner of the year for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing’ and as a Partner of the year finalist for ‘Intelligent Sales & Marketing’.
