Troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary adjustments to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Monitor production processes to identify any potential issues and take proactive measures to address them. Maintain accurate records of production data, machine settings, and maintenance activities. Collaborate with other team members to improve production processes and implement new ideas for increased efficiency and quality. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team. Continuously review and improve production processes to meet quality standards and reduce waste. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements related to packaging technology and machinery. Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that all products meet customer specifications. Train and mentor new team members on machine operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
