Senior Project Manager (100% Remote)

Our Customer is a consumer financial services company headquartered in Connecticut. The company offers consumer financing products, including credit, promotional financing and loyalty programs, installment lending to industries, and FDIC-insured consumer savings products through the consumer bank, its wholly owned online bank subsidiary.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager on a contract basis to support our customer’s ongoing business needs. This role is 100% remote .

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage digital creative projects from concept through final delivery
  • Provide project management leadership, oversight, and support across all project deliverables
  • Gather and document digital creative requirements to ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate capacity planning to optimize team utilization and workload
  • Ensure project management processes, controls, and best practices are consistently followed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional partners
  • Partner with Account Directors and Account Managers to support portfolio business reviews
  • Collaborate on digital creative marketing recommendations, strategies, and project plans
  • Resolve project issues and conflicts while maintaining delivery timelines
  • Perform additional project management and operational support as assigned
Skills And Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of experience leading digital creative projects in an agency environment
  • 4+ years of project management experience
  • 4+ years of experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing digital creative projects within an advertising agency or in-house creative agency
  • Experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders
  • Experience gathering project requirements and managing project lifecycles from initiation through delivery
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with capacity planning and resource management
  • Strong risk management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience using project management software, preferably Workfront
  • Understanding of digital creative workflows and project delivery processes
  • Experience navigating large, complex organizations and managing executive stakeholder relationships
