This is a fully remote contract opportunity for an experienced mobile developer who is passionate about building high-performance, scalable, and user-centric mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.</p> <p>The ideal candidate has a strong native mobile development background, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and is experienced in delivering production-grade mobile applications in an agile environment.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain high-quality native mobile applications for iOS and Android.</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using <strong>Swift</strong> and <strong>Kotlin</strong>.</li><li>Build reusable components and shared architecture to support cross-platform development strategies.</li><li>Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams.</li><li>Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.</li><li>Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.</li><li>Debug and resolve complex production issues.</li><li>Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.</li><li>Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.</li><li>Stay current with the latest mobile development trends, tools, and platform updates.</li><br></ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>5-8 years of professional experience in mobile application development.</li><li>Strong hands-on expertise in <strong>Swift</strong> and <strong>Kotlin</strong>.</li><li>Extensive experience building and maintaining native iOS and Android applications.</li><li>Strong understanding of mobile application architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVC, or Clean Architecture.</li><li>Experience integrating REST APIs and JSON-based services.</li><li>Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.</li><li>Experience with unit testing and UI testing frameworks.</li><li>Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile team.</li><br></ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with <strong>Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)</strong> or other cross-platform mobile architectures.</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Bitrise, CircleCI, or Jenkins.</li><li>Experience with Firebase and mobile analytics platforms.</li><li>Knowledge of mobile security best practices.</li><li>Experience publishing applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.</li><li>Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.</li></ul>
