Oversee the implementation of new HR technology systems and processes. Monitor and maintain existing HR technology systems, ensuring they are functioning efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to HR technology systems. Analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making related to HR technology. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in HR technology, and make recommendations for adoption within the organization. Train and support HR team members on how to effectively use HR technology systems. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to HR technology systems. Develop and maintain project plans and timelines for HR technology initiatives. Ensure compliance with all data security and privacy regulations related to HR technology systems. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on HR technology to leadership and other stakeholders. Proactively identify and address any potential risks or challenges associated with HR technology systems. Maintain accurate documentation of HR technology systems, processes, and procedures. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to implement and maintain HR technology systems. Continuously evaluate and improve HR technology processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
