Position Overview We’re looking for a Senior Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team based in the New York City area. Key Responsibilities Data Acquisition & Validation Collect, input, and verify large volumes of structured and unstructured data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all datasets. Quality Assurance & Error Resolution Develop and implement rigorous QA protocols, identify data anomalies, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve discrepancies. AI & Fairness Collaboration Work closely with arenaflex’s AI research and engineering teams to evaluate data quality for generative models, focusing on bias detection, mitigation, and overall model reliability. Tool & Process Development Contribute to the creation and refinement of data pipelines, automation scripts, and documentation that streamline data workflows and improve scalability. Stakeholder Communication Present findings, reputed company, and recommendations to internal stakeholders, including product managers, data scientists, and senior leadership. Continuous Improvement Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory standards related to data management and AI ethics. Essential Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data entry, data management, or a related field. Strong proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data manipulation tools (SQL, Python). Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time effectively and meeting tight deadlines.
