Specifically gain experience in:</li><ul><li>Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to support pricing and sales strategies, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations. </li><li>Project Support: Collaborate with project teams to support various client engagements, including developing presentations, creating financial models, and contributing to client workshops. </li><li>Presentation Preparation: Assist in preparing compelling presentations and reports for clients, showcasing findings and recommendations in a clear and impactful manner. </li><li>Innovation: Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to address business challenges and capitalize on market opportunities. </li><li>Client Interaction: Gain exposure to client interactions by participating in meetings and workshops and contributing to discussions and presentations as appropriate. </li><li>Learning and Development: Engage in workshops and training sessions to enhance your consulting and business acumen, as well as your understanding of Simon-Kucher's methodologies. </li></ul><li>Work closely with project teams to leverage both strategy development and data analysis to solve client business challenges. </li><li>Be an integral part of contributing to a collaborative and inclusive environment that fosters belonging for all. <br></li></ul><strong>Your Profile<br><br></strong><ul><li>2+ years of full-time work experience with an undergraduate degree or 2-year Masters degree or Doctoral degree preferably in one of the following areas, but not limited to: consulting, change management, continuous improvement, project management, functional experience in pricing, market access, marketing, and sales. </li><li>For the LS Division, experience in one of the following is preferred: Healthcare industry or life sciences consulting experience with functional experience in pricing, market access, marketing, and growth strategy work for biopharmaceutical, medical device and technology, diagnostics, healthcare IT, healthcare B2B services, consumer health, or digital health clients. </li><li>Professional experience in analyzing and solving complex problems, which includes defining actionable recommendations using well-developed problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical). </li><li>Solid understanding of marketing, pricing, and sales concepts paired with relevant work experience. </li><li>Record of accomplishment of managing multiple projects, including work plans and deliverables. </li><li>Strong collaboration and teamwork. </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused attitude.</li><li>Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). </li><li>In-office or client presence 2-3 days in alignment with our hybrid working model. <br><br></li></ul>Total compensation for this role includes base salary, performance bonus, eligibility for annual merit-based increases, and a comprehensive benefits package.<br><br>The base salary range for this position is between <strong>$125,000 to $150,000 per year for U.S. roles</strong>. Specific compensation within these ranges will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
