Key Responsibilities

As a core member of our data operations, you will:

  • Collect, verify, and input data from a variety of sources, ensuring 100% accuracy and completeness.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including marketing, finance, and product—to understand data requirements and provide timely support.
  • Develop and refine data entry protocols that streamline processes, reduce errors, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Generate routine reports using SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools to track key metrics and support decision‑making.
  • Assist in data migration projects by ensuring seamless transfer of information between legacy systems and modern platforms.
  • Adhere to data governance policies and confidentiality standards, safeguarding sensitive information at all times.
  • Continuously improve skills by staying current with industry best practices, emerging tools, and automation techniques.

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of data entry or data management experience in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
  • Experience with at least one business intelligence platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or reputed company).
  • Strong command of reputed company Excel (advanced formulas, reputed company tables, macros).
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
  • Effective to convey findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
