Search Engine Evaluator

Every time someone searches for something online, an algorithm decides what they see. Search Engine Evaluators are the humans who teach those algorithms to do better. As a Search Engine Evaluator with NoGigiddy, you'll assess the quality, relevance, and usefulness of search results, ads, and AI-generated content — and your feedback directly shapes how billions of searches are handled. It's flexible, independent work that pays consistently and requires nothing more than a sharp, analytical mind and solid general knowledge. Responsibilities • Evaluate the relevance and quality of search engine results for given queries • Assess whether search results, ads, or AI responses accurately and helpfully address user intent • Rate and annotate results using detailed evaluation guidelines and scoring rubrics • Provide written justification for your ratings — not just a score, but a reason • Evaluate content across multiple categories including news, local search, e-commerce, and informational queries • Complete a required number of tasks per week to maintain active evaluator status • Stay current with updated evaluation guidelines as they are issued Requirements • No degree required — though strong general knowledge across topics is essential • Must pass the qualification exam for the specific evaluation program • Analytical thinker who can assess intent, relevance, and quality objectively • Fluent English reader — you'll be evaluating English-language content • Comfortable independently navigating websites, apps, and online tools • Self-directed and consistent — you manage your own hours and task queue • Reliable internet and a computer (tablet or phone work for some tasks) Benefits • Earn $14–$18/hr equivalent across evaluations • Fully flexible hours — work as much or as little as projects allow • No manager, no meetings, no commute • Variety of content keeps the work intellectually engaging • Consistent work from major tech platform evaluation programs • Access to NoGigiddy's full ecosystem of remote earning opportunities NoGigiddy is a digital platform built for gig workers, side hustlers, and anyone building an income outside the traditional 9-to-5. We connect our community with real earning opportunities — remote jobs, surveys, clinical trials, gig platforms, and financial tools — all in one place, free to access, no gatekeeping. 2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
