Position Duties: * Open & Close the Realm: Perform start-up and shutdown rituals to prepare the arena for players and set the stage for the next shift. * Welcome New Adventurers : Be an extremely welcoming host. Engage with hundreds of strangers and introduce the value of Gameway for their layover. Meet sales objectives. * Upsell for Extra Points: When selling game time, offer snacks and drinks. When selling snacks and drinks, offer game time. Level up every transaction! * Clean the Battlefield : Keep all stations free of food, trash, and distractions, dust and vacuum daily to maintain the perfect playing field. * Maintain the Gear : Keep consoles, TVs, controllers, and headsets updated, cleaned, and battle-ready. Report any tech glitches to the Guild Master. * Stock the Potion Bar : Always ensure drinks and snacks are replenished for players refueling between matches. Minimum Qualifications : * At least 18 years old and able to complete the alcohol training awareness certification. * Able to repeat the sales process which includes greeting passengers walking by the store. * Able to learn and operate our Point-of-Sale system. * Extensive knowledge of PC's, PlayStation/Xbox consoles, and all the newest and most popular games. * Pass a background check for the badging required by the airport. * Be extremely reliable to show up for your shifts on time, every time. * Stand for an extended period during your shift. Preferred Qualifications : * 1 year of previous sales experience * 2 years of experience in the retail, gaming, entertainment, food and beverage, or hospitality industry Pay and Schedule: * $15/hour * Shifts available: Open availability only.
