[Remote] Zoho Solutions Consultant (Part-Time Contract)

The part-time Zoho Solutions Consultant will lead client engagements, gather requirements, design and implement Zoho solutions, and support training, rollout, integrations, and workflow improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing Zoho consulting engagements
- Run discovery calls and gather business requirements
- Design and implement solutions across Zoho applications
- Guide clients through training, rollout, and adoption
- Coordinate with our development team on customizations and integrations
- Manage follow-up, communication, and project momentum
- Identify ways to improve client workflows and systems
Skills
- Must be based in North America
- Experience with Zoho consulting, implementation, or administration
- Strong client communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Experience with CRM systems and business process improvement
- Familiarity with REST APIs and integrations
- Familiarity with Zoho apps such as CRM, Desk, Campaigns, Books, Creator, and Flow is a plus
- West Coast preferred
- Experience with Zoho Deluge strongly preferred
