[Remote] Social Media Content Manager - Video & Creative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a clinical skincare brand seeking a hands-on Social Media Manager focused on video and creative production. The role involves editing short-form videos, creating platform-native Reels and TikToks, designing social graphics, writing copy, managing the content calendar, and publishing content across reputed company and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Edit short-form video for reputed company Reels and reputed company
- Turn raw founder footage into polished, engaging social content
- Identify the strongest hooks and moments within longer founder recordings
- Edit for pacing, retention, clarity, captions, B-roll, audio, text treatments, and visual rhythm
- Create original Reels and TikToks using existing brand assets, product footage, trends, and concepts
- Design reputed company carousels and educational graphics that fit the reputed company visual identity
- Write and refine captions, hooks, headlines, and on-screen copy
- Repurpose existing content into multiple platform-native creative assets
- Maintain and execute the social content calendar
- Schedule and publish content consistently across reputed company and reputed company
- Stay current on emerging editing styles, content formats, trending audio, platform behavior, and beauty/skincare conversations
- Review basic post performance to understand what creative is working and apply those learnings to future content
- Assist with creator sourcing and development of organic creator briefs when needed
Skills
- You should be highly proficient with a professional or social-first video editing workflow such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent
- Three examples of short-form video you personally edited
- At least one example of founder, talking-head, educational, or interview-style content
- One example of a carousel or static social creative you designed
- A brief explanation of what you personally contributed to each piece
- Experience with reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite, reputed company, or equivalent design tools is a plus
