Remote Phone Sales Closer – Water Treatment Systems (Commission-Based)
We are looking for a motivated, confident phone sales professional who can turn our incoming Facebook and Instagram leads into paying customers.
This is a warm-lead sales position. You will be calling people who have already expressed interest in our services.
Responsibilities
* Call new incoming leads from Facebook and Instagram ads.
* Explain our water softener, whole-home filtration, and reverse osmosis systems in simple terms.
* Present our packages, pricing, and current promotions.
* Build trust with homeowners and explain the benefits of our systems.
* Handle objections, answer questions, and confidently ask for the sale.
* Follow up with leads who haven’t purchased yet.
* Close installations over the phone whenever possible.
* Keep track of calls, follow-ups, and sales.
Requirements
* Proven experience in phone sales, preferably high-ticket sales.
* Experience selling home services such as solar, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, or water treatment is a major plus.
* Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
* Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
* Reliable follow-up and organization.
* Comfortable selling products in the $2,800–$3,850+ range.
* Available to call leads during Pacific Time business hours.
Compensation
Commission-based compensation with the opportunity for ongoing work as we grow.
