About the Opportunity The Remote Live Chat Agent serves as the primary point of contact for customers and prospective clients, providing timely and accurate support through online chat, email, and other digital platforms. This role is essential for managing inquiries, assisting with appointment scheduling, and maintaining clear communication to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline service delivery. 3. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat and email. Provide accurate information about windows, doors, installation procedures, and scheduling. Assist customers in scheduling consultations and coordinate with internal teams. Update customers on orders, appointments, and service requests when information is available. Direct complex inquiries to appropriate departments. Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system. Follow up on unresolved inquiries to ensure issue resolution. Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all communications. Manage customer concerns to de-escalate issues and find solutions. Collaborate with sales, installation, and administrative teams for seamless service. Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality. Adhere to company procedures and service standards. 4. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in customer service, live chat support, call centers, administrative, or sales support roles preferred. Excellent written communication and grammar skills. Strong typing speed and computer proficiency. Familiarity with CRM systems, email, chat platforms, and web applications. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations. Professional, patient, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package $28 per hour 6.
