  • Utilize a unique tracking code supplied by arenaflex for every submission to ensure accurate attribution and commission payment.
  • Maintain a daily log of submitted forms, including URLs, timestamps, and any response notes.
  • Verify that each submission meets arenaflex’s quality standards before finalizing the entry.
  • Collaborate with the internal lead‑validation team to confirm that submitted contacts are correctly captured and routed.
