Key Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Success & Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and retention across a diverse portfolio of clients. Your day‑to‑day duties will include Conducting outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team. Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints. Managing customer retention initiatives, including upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, to maximize lifetime value. Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records in our CRM system, documenting interactions, follow‑ups, and outcomes. Collaborating with project managers to align on goals, timelines, and performance metrics. Participating in regular coaching sessions and performance reviews to refine skills and achieve targets. Adhering to compliance standards, data privacy regulations, and company policies at all times. Essential Qualifications Minimum of 6 months of experience in at least one of the following areas telemarketing, sales, appointment setting, technical support, customer service/retention, or project management. Proficient typing speed of at least 22 words per reputed company. Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
