Pricing Supervisor or Associate Manager

As a pricing supervisor or associate manager, within the Commercial Lines Pricing organization, you'll partner with leadership across Product Management/R&D/Control, and make recommendations that directly impact rates in our industry-leading Commercial Auto business. You'll oversee implementations to state product design, rate level indication analysis, and our rate revision process. You'll play an important role in developing the analysts on your team while influencing others across Commercial Lines.

This is a remote position.

Minimum qualifications

  • A minimum of six years analytical property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting)
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher with an emphasis in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting or related field of study (e.g., Economics, Statistics) and a minimum of three years property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting)

Preferred skills

  • Pricing and/or product experience.
  • Prior leadership/mentorship experience including excellent business acumen and ability to see big picture.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with great collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Critical thinking capabilities and strong analytical & technical skills.
  • Strong desire and capability to develop people, drive results, and create inclusive work environment.

Compensation

  • $81,400 - $108,500/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
