  • As a Partner Success Specialist (PSS) within the AWS Specialists & Partners (ASP) org, you will be responsible for scaling AWS's customer success methodologies across our partner ecosystem to drive measurable business outcomes and accelerate customer value realization

  • You will architect and implement frameworks that enable partners to drive and measure customer value post-implementation
  • ,
  • This role combines strategic enablement with hands-on execution to establish partners as extensions of AWS's customer success organization

  • Develop strategies to align partner success initiatives with AWS’ long-term growth objectives
  • ,
  • Design and adapt CS CoE's 'Activate to Advocate' framework for partner implementation
  • ,
  • Create partner-specific success metrics, health scoring models, and value realization playbooks
  • ,
  • Develop governance models and operational excellence guidelines for partners
  • ,
  • Architect scalable approaches to measure and improve partner-led customer outcomes
  • ,
  • Contribute to the AWS Value Realization Toolkit for Partners

  • Partner enablement and program execution:

  • Enable partners to build and scale their customer success practices by helping demonstrate how creating a customer success COE/customer success capabilities positively impacts their business model
