Part-Time Real Estate & Property Management Assistant — No Experience Needed

Position Overview

TL Property Ventures is looking for a motivated, dependable, and energetic individual who is eager to learn the real estate and property management business.

No real estate experience is required. Training will be provided.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in real estate, social media, marketing, sales, property management, or entrepreneurship. We are looking for someone who is teachable, organized, comfortable communicating with people, and willing to take initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Create and post content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Promote property listings, available rentals, open houses, and company services
  • Respond to social media messages and online inquiries
  • Contact and follow up with buyers, sellers, renters, property owners, and other leads
  • Maintain an organized lead-tracking spreadsheet or CRM
  • Schedule appointments, property showings, and consultations
  • Assist with open houses and property tours
  • Take property photos and short marketing videos
  • Help create flyers, advertisements, and social media graphics
  • Communicate with tenants, property owners, vendors, and contractors
  • Assist with maintenance requests and property management records
  • Help coordinate inspections, repairs, move-ins, and move-outs
  • Perform data entry, document organization, and general administrative duties
  • Complete other reasonable real estate and property management assignments

Any activity requiring a real estate license may only be performed by a properly licensed and authorized individual.

Requirements

  • No previous real estate experience required
  • Willingness to learn and accept training
  • Dependable, organized, and able to follow instructions
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Comfortable making telephone calls and following up with leads
  • Familiarity with social media
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Dependable internet access
  • Ability to protect confidential client and business information

The ideal candidate is ambitious, creative, trustworthy, and interested in building valuable business skills. You do not need to know everything—we will teach you. However, you must be willing to learn, ask questions, stay organized, and complete assignments on time.

Hours and responsibilities may increase as the company grows and the employee demonstrates reliability and strong performance.
