Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry & Capture: Input data from a variety of source documents—including PDFs, scanned images, spreadsheets, and handwritten notes—into arenaflex’s secure database platforms with a focus on speed and accuracy.
  • Data Verification: Cross‑check entered information against original documents, flagging inconsistencies and confirming that each entry meets established validation rules.
  • Data Cleansing & Enrichment: Identify duplicate records, correct typographical errors, and enrich data fields where appropriate, following arenaflex’s data‑quality guidelines.
  • Record Maintenance: Update existing records, archive obsolete entries, and ensure that all data remains current and compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Quality Control Audits: reputed company routine spot‑checks and systematic audits to verify data integrity, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Generate concise reports on data entry volumes, error rates, and process improvements for review by supervisors and the broader data‑management team.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Liaise with project managers, analysts, and other remote team members to clarify data requirements, resolve ambiguities, and share best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1‑2 years proven experience in high‑volume data entry or a related administrative role.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain an accuracy rate of 99% or higher on data‑entry tasks.
  • Strong proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with cloud‑based data‑entry platforms (e.g., reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear documentation of issues and effective interaction with remote teammates.
  • Self‑discipline and the capacity to work independently during evening hours, typically between 6 PM and 10 PM (local time).
