Job Overview

As a Part-time English Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support to English-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will effectively communicate product and service information to clients and assist with problem-solving, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaboration with the team to improve customer support processes and contribute to a positive work environment is also essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to English-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, ensuring prompt and professional responses to all customer inquiries.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner, utilizing problem-solving skills and thinking on your feet to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicate product and service information to clients, assisting with problem-solving and providing clear and concise solutions to customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, utilizing basic computer skills and navigating various software systems with ease.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer support processes, sharing knowledge and best practices to contribute to a positive work environment and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service information, attending training sessions and workshops to continuously develop and improve your skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, both written and reputed company, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all customer interactions.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet, utilizing critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate various software systems, including CRM systems and other customer support tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with prior customer service experience being a plus but not required.
  • Must be available to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings and weekends, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
