Part-Time Automotive Runner / Vehicle Delivery & Detail Assistant

Job Summary

We’re looking for a reliable and responsible Part-Time Automotive Runner / Vehicle Delivery & Detail Assistant to help keep our growing vehicle operations running smoothly.

This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable working around vehicles, driving to different locations, and handling a variety of day-to-day automotive tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Move vehicles between locations
  • Pick up and deliver vehicles to customers, rental facilities, and other locations
  • Perform basic vehicle quality inspections
  • Check vehicles before and after service
  • Wash and prepare vehicles for delivery
  • Assist with basic detailing and vehicle preparation
  • Pick up and drop off vehicles as needed
  • Run automotive-related errands
  • Help keep vehicles organized and ready for customers
  • Assist with general shop and operational tasks
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Help with other tasks needed to keep daily operations moving

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license required
  • Reliable and responsible
  • Comfortable driving and handling vehicles
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Comfortable working around vehicles
  • Willing to learn and help with different tasks
  • Automotive, detailing, dealership, rental car, or delivery experience is a plus
  • Must have your own reliable transportation
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be comfortable driving to different locations throughout the San Antonio area
  • Reliable transportation is required for pickups, deliveries, errands, and other job-related duties

Compensation

$12/hour + performance-based incentives

This is a part-time position, with the potential for additional hours as business needs grow.
