<br><p><strong>Oracle Cloud Finance Industry principal </strong></p><p>Fulltime</p><p>Sunnyvale /Bay area California/Hybrid</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p><br></p><p>⦁ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with objectives</p><p>⦁ Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes</p><p>⦁ Evaluate and refine project management processes by incorporating best practices for improved efficiency and effectiveness</p><p>⦁ Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks</p><p>⦁ Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets</p><p>⦁ Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies</p><p>⦁ Engage in resource allocation, and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals</p><p>⦁ Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Your contribution to the team:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>⦁ Strategic leadership in executing Go-to-Market strategies</p><p>⦁ Specialized in managing large-scale ERP projects with a focus on strategic alignment, resource optimization, and stakeholder collaboration</p><p>⦁ Proactive planning to align project financials with organizational goals</p><p>⦁ Expertise in leading organizational change and fostering professional development within teams</p><p>⦁ Expertise in refining project management methodologies, risk mitigation, and quality assurance</p><p>⦁ Fostering an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and perspectives</p><p><strong>Required Skill and Experience</strong></p><p>Key responsibilities:</p><p>• Solution design & architecture</p><p>• Requirements gathering & fit gap analysis</p><p>• Cross functional collaboration</p><p>• Configuration & solution validation</p><p>• Integration & reporting oversight</p><p>• Project governance & delivery</p><p>• Stakeholder & executive communication</p><p><br></p><p>Key Skills:</p><p>• Hands-on experience in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM</p><p>• Must have implementation experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle cloud.</p><p>• Required to have at least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).</p><p>• Led at least two full cycle Oracle cloud implementations as a finance lead/architect.</p><p>• Experience in Oracle cloud EPM planning.</p><p>• Experience in configure to order industry, and understanding of projects linked manufacturing.</p><p>• Understanding of oracle project methodology (OUM) and agile and testing strategies such as conference room pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.)</p><p>• Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions.</p><p><strong>Preferred Skill and Experience</strong></p><p>• Experience with legacy ERP to EBS migration or hybrid multi-ERP environments.</p><p>• Exposure to Finance transformation programs</p><p>• Familiarity with SOX compliance, audit controls, and governance frameworks.</p><p><strong>Additional Required Qualifications</strong></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.</p><p>• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.</p><p>• Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
