OCI & AI Sales Representative, Government and Education, Midwest

As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, from small municipalities to large state agencies, and help them harness the power of our market-leading cloud and AI solutions. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of success in sales, a deep understanding of the Government and Education industry, and a strong desire to learn and grow. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Government and Education sector in the Midwest region. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market. Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with company goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and ensure the delivery of customized solutions. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives by consistently generating new leads and closing deals. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively position Oracle's OCI and AI solutions. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of potential clients to identify key decision-makers and influencers. Represent Oracle at industry events and conferences to increase brand awareness and generate potential leads. Effectively communicate the value proposition of Oracle's solutions to clients and address any objections. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, account plans, and other reports to management. Continuously seek feedback and implement improvements to sales strategies and processes. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotions. Stay compliant with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations. Mentor and train junior sales team members and share best practices to drive team success.
