We champion individual strengths, value the power of the team, and extend that commitment to our families and communities. About the Role: About the Role: The Ecommerce Account Manager – Marketplace & Omnichannel Retail is responsible for managing and growing Ubique Group’s online retail business across a portfolio of major ecommerce partners. This role will have primary responsibility for the Target and Walmart Marketplace channels, driving strategy, execution, and performance. Key Responsibilities: Account Management & Channel Ownership • Serve as the primary owner for assigned ecommerce accounts. • Manage assortment strategy, item lifecycle, and visibility across digital shelves. • Conduct weekly account performance reviews, identifying risks, trends, and growth opportunities. • Maintain strong working relationships with merchant teams when required, while operating with high independence. Assortment Strategy & Portfolio Planning • Identify gaps and opportunities within each retailer’s assortment, recommending adds, removals, or reconfigurations. • Ensure assortment decisions align with brand objectives, category trends, and marketplace competitiveness. • Support the launch of new products, ensuring smooth onboarding, content readiness, and early performance tracking. Operational Excellence • Navigate retailer and marketplace portals for item setup, compliance, promotion submissions, and issue resolution. • Monitor and resolve operational challenges including inventory constraints, delistings, lost Buy Box, suppressed listings, or compliance warnings. • Maintain accurate records of account performance, catalog changes, and pricing inputs. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with marketing, content, pricing, supply chain, and product teams to support account needs. • Partner with internal analytics teams to create reports and dashboards supporting performance visibility. • Align brand, promotional, and product initiatives with internal strategy. Work Style & Leadership • Operate as an independent thinker capable of setting direction and making informed decisions. • Prioritize effectively across multiple accounts with minimal oversight. • Bring a continuous improvement mindset to tools, processes, and reporting.
