Job Description Job Description We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer – Inventory & Packaging Associate to join our busy fulfillment center, which includes mail processing, print production, and product packaging. If you enjoy hands-on work, have strong attention to detail, organization, reliability, and the ability to learn quickly, we’d love to hear from you! ✨ Responsibilities Picking & Packing Pick products, printed materials, and packaging items based on daily order lists Pack and seal shipments (boxes, poly mailers, custom packaging) according to company standards Prepare items for shipping, ensuring accuracy, quality, and proper presentation Mail & Print Room Sort, label, and process outgoing mail Operate mailroom and print equipment (postage meters, folders/inserters, label machines) – training provided Assemble printed materials, brochures, marketing kits, and mailers Inventory & Fulfillment Receive, organize, and restock incoming inventory Conduct regular inventory counts and track stock levels Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse and work area Assist with special projects, bulk print jobs, and kitting/assembly tasks Requirements required to be on their feet all day – this position supports multiple moving parts. No cell phones or headphones. Full attendance is required. The workflow depends on this role being present every day (we accommodate approved days off) Task: Picking, packing, quality checking, shipping. Attention to detail: we have multiple clients, each with different requirements, and accuracy is critical. Physical requirements: Needs to lift up to 50 pounds consistently Hours: 8–12 hour shifts depending on workload Pace: fast moving environment.
