LMHC and LCSW (Evenings and Weekend hours) FLORIDA LICENSED paid weekly
We are seeking dedicated LMHC and LCSW to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide direct care and support to individuals with mental health needs via telehealth. This role involves building a relationship with client to provide effective therapy, couples counseling, grief therapy, and implementing behavior management strategies.
Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Facilitate therapy sessions and provide direct support to patients
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage with individuals
- Implement behavior management strategies tailored to each patient's needs
- Assist in the treatment of conditions such as PTSD, grief, relationship issues, and geriatric mental health issues.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mental health or related field preferred
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse mental health needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- EMPATHETIC AND DEDICATED TO CLIENT.
- Bilingual is a plus
- EMDR A PLUS
MUST HOLD A LICENSE in LMHC or LCSW and submit proof prior to interview.
