Licensed Branch 2 Field Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Licensed Branch 2 Field Representative to join our team! Your expertise in outside sales, negotiation, and customer relationship building will drive growth and foster lasting connections. Duties

  • Conduct outside sales activities by visiting prospective and existing clients to promote insurance products including health, life, property, and casualty coverage
  • Build strong customer relationships through personalized communication and exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Negotiate policy terms with clients, explaining benefits and coverage options clearly to meet their individual needs
  • Manage sales administration tasks such as CRM system updates, documentation, and benefits administration records
  • Analyze client data to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling insurance solutions that align with their financial goals
  • Stay informed about insurance regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to streamline processes and enhance overall customer experience

Requirements

  • Valid license for Branch 2 insurance representation or equivalent certification in insurance sales
  • Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual preferred)
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance, health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and benefits administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems for sales tracking and client management
  • Analysis skills to interpret client data and market trends effectively
  • Customer service expertise with a focus on building long-term client relationships
  • Understanding of insurance regulation standards and compliance requirements
