The role involves conducting legal research and analysis, drafting and reviewing legal content, evaluating AI-generated outputs, and providing expert feedback to improve accuracy and quality.<br><br><strong>No Prior AI Experience Is Required.<br><br></strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li>Conduct comprehensive legal analysis across a range of US law topics.</li><li>Perform in-depth legal research to support project requirements and ensure accurate information.</li><li>Draft, review, and edit legal documents, including memoranda, opinions, contracts, and related materials.</li><li>Evaluate legal content for accuracy, clarity, completeness, and legal reasoning.</li><li>Provide structured feedback to improve legal content and AI-generated outputs.</li><li>Identify errors, inconsistencies, ambiguities, and potential legal issues.</li><li>Collaborate with remote, multidisciplinary teams on complex legal scenarios.</li><li>Support quality assurance and maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Active license to practice law in the United States.</li><li>Strong academic and professional credentials.</li><li>Experience at a top-tier US law firm is preferred.</li><li>Proven expertise in legal research, analysis, and drafting.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and critical-thinking abilities.</li><li>Experience reviewing and evaluating legal content.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience across multiple areas of US law.</li><li>Experience with legal content review or quality assurance.</li><li>Familiarity with rubric-based evaluation of legal documents is a plus.</li><li>Interest in legal technology, AI, or emerging technologies is a plus.</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, precision, and legal best practices.<br></li></ul>
