This position is part of EXO Group, it is essential that all EXO Destinations function as part of a larger group (ONE EXO) and ultimately it is the performance of the Group as a whole that determines performance and results for the company and leadership team.

Big picture expectations

As a Knowledge Specialist, you are EXO Travel's central story curator, community builder, and digital champion. You excel at building relationships face-to-face as well as virtually, bringing positive energy, and translating complex operational workflows into engaging, bite-sized visual content.

Working closely with cross-functional teams (HR, Purpose, Regional Leaders, and internal SMEs), you foster an inclusive environment where continuous learning and peer knowledge sharing thrive. You bring personal maturity, resourcefulness, and creative flair to spark enthusiasm around EXO's digital ecosystem.

Working location: One of our offices in Hanoi, Da Nang, or HCMC, or remotely from anywhere in Vietnam.

Role breakdown

Internal communication & community engagement

Establish and nurture an active group-wide community of internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), content authors, and learning champions to drive peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.

Facilitate interactive community spaces, discussions, and internal recognition campaigns that highlight employee contributions and best practices.

Host virtual community events, drop-in sessions, and interactive skill-shares to build connections across destinations.

Write compelling newsletters and posts on our Intranet to build excitement around EXO Culture and our tools (eg: highlighting new course releases, platform updates, tips, tricks, and best practices).

Creative content & knowledge curation

Write, structure, and publish user-friendly Help Center articles, visual SOPs, step-by-step guides, and FAQs on Zendesk to build a seamless self-service knowledge base.

Proactively gather hidden expertise and operational best practices from teams across destinations, converting them into visual SOPs, quick guides, and FAQs.

Perform regular content reviews on LMS and the Help Center (Zendesk) to ensure outdated guidance articles and training content are updated or archived, maintaining high data accuracy and trust.

Course & training development

Create, update, and organize e-learning paths and modules on our LMS.

Apply modern, bite-sized instructional models to transform complex concepts into engaging learning materials.

Facilitate live interactive onboarding walkthroughs, platform demos, and skill-building workshops to boost digital confidence and training capacity.

Engagement analytics & continuous improvement

Monitor internal platform engagement, content readership, and course adoption rates to identify knowledge gaps.

Run user feedback loops and creative polls to continuously evolve knowledge resources based on employee needs.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree in either Media, Education, HR, Communications, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, L&D Coordination, Community Management or Content Creation.

Native or professional-level English fluency (written and spoken) with exceptional creative writing skills.

Demonstrated capability in visual storytelling, graphic design, or content creation using tools like Canva or basic video editors.

Proven track record of facilitating interactive workshops or live group presentations with high impact.

Preferred (bonus):

Background in responsible/sustainable tourism or B Corp environments.

Basic understanding of process automation, instructional video editing, or basic graphic tools (e.g., Canva).
