Role Description

This is a fully remote role, beginning in November 2026. Selected candidates will complete approximately 10 weeks of comprehensive training to build foundational sales, product, and systems knowledge. Hours during training will be 8am-4:30pm CT Monday-Friday. Upon completion of training, standard work hours will be Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM CT. This is a base salary, plus uncapped commission role.
P&C License strongly preferred. Successful candidates for this role will possess a strong blend of sales acumen, adaptability, and customer focus, including:

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate studies preferred.
- Continuing education as required by state(s). Prefer participation in professional insurance coursework.
Requirements
- State licensing as required for property/casualty products.
- Three or more years of related work experience in sales of property/casualty and life insurance.
- Prefer exposure to multiple product telemarketing in call center environment.
- Advanced knowledge of sales techniques, property/casualty and life insurance products, insurance processing systems and procedures, practices, state regulations and customer service practices.
