Starting pay is $19-$20 DOE and Can make up to $22-$24 per hour once your training is complete. A retention bonus is also available after 6 months.

- Production Workers Responsibilities:
- Assembles parts in accordance with production guidelines.
- Performs spot checks of products to ensure adherence to approved quality standards.
- Notifies supervisor of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.
- Adheres to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.
- Ability to learn and work in multiple production areas.
- Production Workers Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast paced, detail oriented environment.
- Oral Communication Skills.
- Strong Written Communication Skills.
- Physical Dexterity.
- Ability to be on your feet for a long period.
- Time Management.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
