Looking around, he noticed something striking: so many of the women in his life — his mom, his sister, his friends — wanted to get fitter, lose weight, and build muscle, but kept running into the same wall. They didn't have the time, the motivation, or the consistency to make the gym work. The idea hit him during his own workout. He was using resistance bands and thought: what if these were built into everyday clothing?
