About Trust Therapeutics

Trust Therapeutics is a women-owned, multicultural telehealth practice offering therapy with licensed and qualified therapists across Massachusetts, Florida, New York, and Puerto Rico. We are producing a series of short, relatable video reels for social media and are casting on-camera talent to bring them to life.

The Project

We are creating a series of short, scripted video reels for our Massachusetts and Florida audiences, and we are looking for a female actor to perform them. Styles vary from reel to reel and may include testimonial-style and UGC-style pieces spoken directly to camera, lifestyle scenes, and short dramatized moments (a mini-drama format). In each one, you portray a character sharing a relatable experience, such as living with anxiety or deciding to start therapy. Scripts and detailed filming instructions are provided; you film the footage and send us the raw files.

The Role

•Character: a woman, written as white / Caucasian.

• Playing age: mid-20s to late 30s.

• Language: English.

This description reflects the character as written. Our campaign features a range of characters so that the communities we serve can see themselves in our content. We welcome submissions from any performer who can authentically portray this role.

Deliverables

• Two (2) reels, each approximately 25–30 seconds long.

• Professional, high-quality raw footage for each reel, filmed to the instructions provided.

• Turnaround: completed raw footage should generally be delivered within 5–7 business days of receiving the final script and filming instructions.

What We Provide

• Final scripts for every reel.

• Clear filming instructions for each one: framing, setting, wardrobe guidance, tone, and delivery notes.

• A point of contact for questions before and during filming.

• All editing, captions, graphics, and music. You are not responsible for any post-production.

Technical Requirements

You will film on your own equipment. All footage must meet the following:

• Vertical (portrait) format, 9:16, filmed in HD at 1080 x 1920 minimum; 4K is welcome.

• Clear, clean audio: no echo, wind noise, background music, or TV. An external or lavalier microphone is preferred.

• Settings vary by script and may be indoors (for example, a living room) or outdoors; each script will specify the setting.

• Good lighting suited to the scene, using natural light or a ring/key light as directed, with your face evenly lit and no harsh shadows or backlighting.

• Steady shot using a tripod or stable surface, framed as directed in the shot notes.

• A clean, uncluttered setting that matches the script, with no visible brand logos.

• No filters, captions, music, effects, or edits of any kind. We need raw footage only; our in-house editor handles all post-production.

• Two to three takes per script so our editor has options.

• Original, uncompressed files (MP4 or MOV) delivered through a shared folder link such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer. Please do not send files through messaging apps, which compress video.

Qualifications

• On-camera acting experience; commercial, UGC-style, or social media video experience is a strong plus.

• A natural, warm, conversational delivery that feels genuine rather than “salesy.”

• Ability to portray emotional, sensitive subject matter with care and authenticity.

• Ability to follow a script and written direction closely.

• Access to a smartphone or camera that records HD video, plus access to suitable indoor and outdoor spaces to film.

• Reliable communication and the ability to deliver on an agreed deadline.

Project Terms

• This is a freelance, project-based engagement (independent contractor). It is not a permanent or ongoing position.

• Compensation is a flat project fee, discussed with shortlisted candidates.

• Any additional reels beyond the two listed would be scoped and compensated separately.

• One round of reshoots or pickups is included at no additional fee if the footage does not meet the technical requirements above, or if the performance does not follow the direction provided (for example, the tone or delivery differs from the instructions).

• Usage rights: selected talent will sign a talent release granting Trust Therapeutics the right to use the footage in paid advertising and on its social media and web channels for [TERM: 12 months / 24 months / in perpetuity] from delivery, [TERRITORY: in the United States only / worldwide].

• You will be portraying a scripted character. You are not asked to share any personal experience or to give a personal testimonial.
