<p>Remote: Florida</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>WYBOT is seeking a high-performing, relationship-driven Field Sales Specialist to own and accelerate revenue growth across a designated territory. In this role, you'll manage distributor and dealer relationships while driving sell-through with pool service companies, builders, and dealers.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a quota-carrying, high-visibility role for someone who wants to be the local face of WYBOT. You'll play a critical role in scaling WYBOT's presence with distributors and direct customers by combining disciplined account planning, strong relationships, and hands-on sales enablement. If you're energized by hitting numbers and chasing new business, we want to hear from you.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Distributor/Dealer Account Ownership & Growth</strong></p><p>• Own sell-through targets, growth objectives, and sales performance across assigned distributor and dealer accounts</p><p>• Develop and execute annual and quarterly account plans that drive sell-through from distributor to dealer and dealer to end user, expanding geographic reach</p><p>• Build branch-level relationships with distributors and dealers, including counter teams and inside/outside sales teams, to influence adoption and prioritization</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Business Development</strong></p><p>• In alignment with your Regional Manager, prospect new partnerships in your territory with distributors, dealers and key direct partners</p><p>• Lead onboarding for new partners, including product education, merchandising, and local customer support</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Sell-Through & Field Execution</strong></p><p>• Drive sell-through by actively supporting distributor customers, including pool service companies, builders, and dealers</p><p>• Partner with distributor sales teams on joint calls, trainings, in-branch events, and dealer meetings</p><p>• Develop a deep understanding of customer economics, workflows, and purchasing behavior</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Sales Enablement & Marketing Execution</strong></p><p>• Lead in-market execution of sales and marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and demo programs</p><p>• Support the rollout and consistent use of product content, sales tools, merchandising, and in-branch displays</p><p>• Represent WYBOT at distributor events, dealer meetings, and industry trade shows</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p><p>• Serve as the primary internal advocate for your territory supporting marketing, logistics, operations, and customer care to deliver seamless execution across inventory, content, fulfillment, and service, strengthening relationships and enabling sustained revenue growth</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Reporting & Market Insights</strong></p><p>• Bring a data-driven, analytical mindset to analyzing distributor and dealer performance, identifying gaps and unlocking growth opportunities</p><p>• Capture and communicate competitive intelligence, pricing dynamics, and market trends to inform strategy</p><p>• Deliver clear reporting and actionable insights to leadership</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></p><p>• 2+ years of experience in the pool industry with a proven track record of sales growth</p><p>• Direct experience owning revenue targets within pool distributor and dealer accounts</p><p>• Strong understanding of distributor and dealer business models and purchasing behavior</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to influence dealer purchasing, with a focus on distribution pull-through</p><p>• Strong presentation and closing skills</p><p>• Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing a remote territory</p><p>• Willingness to be in the field regularly (70%+)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><p>• Experience selling pool equipment, cleaners, automation, or outdoor living products</p><p>• Experience expanding assortments or launching new products within distributor locations</p><p>• Field marketing, merchandising, and sales enablement experience</p><p>• Access to a pool</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why WYBOT?</strong></p><p>Join a fast-growing, innovative company redefining how pool professionals work.
