Proficient with travel and expense tools and prepares itineraries.<br><br>Data Collection & Reporting:<br><br>Organizes and manages team and/or function-level information and resources; ensures data accuracy and accessibility.<br><br><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong>6+ years of progressive administrative experience, including support of Director and/or VP-level executives.<br><br>Proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar productivity tools.<br><br>Experience with budget tracking and expense management tools.<br><br>Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to support daily tasks, or willingness to learn.<br><br>Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and to operate independently with minimal guidance.<br><br>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate across functions and work collaboratively.<br><br>Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and work proactively.<br><br>Able to maintain discretion and confidentiality using sound judgment.<br><br><strong>Our Values<br><br></strong>Be a Host:<br><br>Care for others and make them feel like they belong.
