Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into company databases and systems.
  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and security at all times.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
