We realized there had to be a better way to feed cats, so we created CatCrazy—a premium freeze-dried cat food company dedicated to giving cats the "first-class citizenship" they deserve. We're looking for an experienced Klaviyo Email Marketing Expert & Customer Journey Specialist who wants to become an important part of our growing team. You'll work closely with our Founder and Creative Director to create email campaigns and automated customer journeys that educate, inspire, and convert. This is not a "set it and forget it" position. We're looking for someone who enjoys testing ideas, analyzing performance, improving results, and continuously making our customer experience even better. What we're looking for We're searching for someone who is: 🐱 A genuine cat lover (or at least someone who loves working with pet brands!) 📧 Highly experienced with Klaviyo and email marketing automation 📊 Comfortable analyzing campaign performance and turning data into better results ✍️ A strong writer who can create engaging, authentic content 🚀 A self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and bringing new ideas to the table 🤝 A team player who enjoys collaborating and communicating openly One thing that's especially important to us is communication. If you have experience creating successful Klaviyo flows and campaigns, we'd love to see examples of your work.
