Key Responsibilities

As an Airline Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for our airline partners and passengers. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Managing check‑in counters, lobby areas, departure gates, customs, and arrivals to ensure seamless passenger flow.
  • Providing courteous, professional assistance to passengers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborating with airline crew, port authorities, and ground staff to maintain safety, security, and on‑time performance.
  • Monitoring flight schedules, gate assignments, and baggage handling to anticipate and mitigate delays.
  • Executing emergency protocols and coordinating with security teams when necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate records of passenger interactions, incidents, and service metrics.

Essential Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who bring the following:

  • Minimum age of 18 years and a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
