Dental Provider Relations Associate Analyst

If so, Cigna is searching for a driven and knowledgeable Dental Provider Relations Associate Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our network of dental providers is delivering exceptional care to our members. We are looking for a results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the dental industry. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you! Develop and maintain strong relationships with dental providers to ensure high-quality care for Cigna members. Monitor and analyze provider performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for provider recruitment and retention. Conduct regular site visits and audits to evaluate provider compliance with Cigna’s standards of care. Serve as a point of contact for providers, addressing any issues or concerns and providing timely resolutions. Educate providers on Cigna’s policies, procedures, and expectations to ensure alignment with company goals. Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in regulations to inform provider network development and management strategies. Assist with the development and execution of provider training and education programs. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with providers, internal teams, and other stakeholders. Support the development and implementation of new initiatives and programs to enhance the quality of dental services provided to Cigna members.</p><p>Cigna is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
