This role is designed for professionals who value flexibility, meaningful challenges, and the opportunity to bring their expertise to projects where strong delivery leadership makes a real difference.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Identify potential sales opportunities for the sales team. Support the Sales team in gathering requirements to develop a solution fit with a strong value proposition </li><li>Perform initial scoping, and analyse incoming requests for completeness for the production (using standards of tech task etc.) </li><li>Evaluate incoming requests </li><li>Identify key technical objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business proves and management consulting analysis for Customer </li><li>Manage client project portfolio (budgeting, resources planning, risk management, projects execution, etc.) </li><li>Coordinate resources, onboard project teams and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks, support all changes in the process to align with customer process </li><li>Manage customer expectations, monitor, and increase client satisfaction </li><li>Manage request changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs </li><li>Perform risk management </li><li>Perform priority management </li><li>Closely cooperate Account Manager to provide technical and quality expertise for the customer </li><li>Growth and develop customer's channels </li><li>Gather customer's evaluation of delivery service </li><li>Improve quality of delivery service <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements:<br><br></strong><ul><li>2+ years of relevant experience as a Delivery manager, Portfolio/Program Manager, Product Owner or Project Management </li><li>Strong communication skills </li><li>Good sales skill set and mindset </li><li>Quick thinking and ability to deal with a high volume of quick projects </li><li>Desire to learn new technologies, deep dive into details, and troubleshoot the problems </li><li>Experience in managing/coordinating projects from proposal to closure Understanding the business policies and procedures</li><li>Technical background </li><li>Experience with an account/project management tools, like Jira, MS Office, CRMs </li><li>Flexibility and readiness to participate in business trips, including domestic and international travel, based on project and business needs.</li></ul>
