We’re looking for a meticulous, data‑savvy Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately capturing, validating, and managing large volumes of textual data that feed into arenaflex’s AI models and product features. Your work will directly influence the quality of our writing assistance tools, ensuring that our users receive the most reliable and contextually relevant suggestions.

What You’ll Do

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of the data that powers our AI engines. Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately transcribing and entering large volumes of text from various sources (e.g., user submissions, research datasets, third‑party APIs) into our secure database systems.
• Validating data for consistency, completeness, and quality, using automated scripts and manual checks.
• Collaborating with the Data Engineering team to refine data pipelines, improve ingestion processes, and troubleshoot data anomalies.
• Maintaining meticulous records of data sources, entry logs, and quality assurance reports.
• Participating in regular cross‑functional meetings to provide insights on data trends and potential improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and arenaflex’s internal security protocols.
• Contributing to the development of best‑practice documentation for data handling and entry procedures.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Linguistics, or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in data entry, data management, or a related role.
• Exceptional typing speed (≥ 65 words per reputed company) and accuracy (≥ 99%).
• Proficiency with spreadsheet software (Excel, reputed company Sheets) and basic database tools (SQL, reputed company).
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for data quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with strong time‑management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
