Customer Service Representative – Photoshop Experience Required

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Customer Service Representative with Adobe Photoshop experience to join our team. This position will assist customers with orders, artwork, proofs, and general order-related questions while coordinating closely with our Sales, Art, and Production teams.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and has experience using Photoshop to review, adjust, and prepare customer artwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
  • Enter, review, and process customer orders accurately.
  • Follow orders from initial entry through artwork approval, production, and shipment.
  • Review customer-supplied logos and artwork for basic quality and usability.
  • Use Adobe Photoshop to make basic artwork adjustments, including resizing, cropping, color adjustments, background removal, and other simple edits as needed.
  • Assist with artwork proofs and communicate with customers regarding artwork changes or approvals.
  • Coordinate with the Art, Sales, Production, and Shipping teams to resolve order issues and meet customer deadlines.
  • Provide customers with order status, proof, production, and shipping updates.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order information in the company system.
  • Handle rush orders and changing priorities while maintaining accuracy.
  • Assist with other customer service and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or order-processing experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is required.
  • Experience working with customer artwork, logos, promotional products, printing, screen printing, or a related industry is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities at the same time.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP/order management systems is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Work Environment

This is an on-site position in Dallas, Texas. The position requires regular communication with customers and close coordination with multiple internal departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
