We are currently accepting applications from U.S. citizens based in the United States.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Channel Relations Specialist to support the growth and operational excellence of our distribution and channel partner network across the Americas. Reporting to the Director of Channels, Americas, this role serves as a key liaison between Channel Relationship Managers, Sales, Customer Service, Legal, Compliance, and external channel partners.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and is passionate about building strong partnerships, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance across channel operations.

What You Will Do

Channel Operations & Administration

  • Support channel management and field sales teams with channel partner account setup, onboarding, and account maintenance activities.
  • Process channel partner requests and ensure the completion of required documentation.
  • Coordinate channel account consolidations, acquisitions, and terminations through established processes.
  • Maintain partner agreements, exhibits, addendums, and associated documentation.
  • Respond to inquiries received through the Channel mailbox.
  • Serve as administrator for channel-related systems and databases.
  • Maintain channel contact information and distribution lists.

Compliance & Governance

  • Manage channel partner compliance processes and documentation requirements.
  • Ensure channel partners are accurately entered and maintained within compliance management systems.
  • Act as a liaison between Channel Relationship Managers and compliance stakeholders.
  • Support agreement updates and policy revisions in partnership with Legal and Compliance teams.
  • Conduct and coordinate periodic compliance reviews and communicate resulting updates.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate and maintain recurring channel reports.
  • Review channel data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor key channel metrics and support achievement of departmental KPIs.
  • Assist with reporting activities related to global and regional channel initiatives.

Process Improvement & Collaboration

  • Identify opportunities to improve channel processes, policies, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Pricing, Credit, Legal, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Support implementation of new channel tools, systems, and procedures.
  • Contribute to change management initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Participate in global channel programs, workshops, and planning activities.

Channel Programme Performance Support

  • Support execution of global channel strategies at the regional level.
  • Assist with tracking and reporting channel performance metrics.
  • Participate in budgeting, planning, and resource allocation activities for channel initiatives.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in channel operations, sales support, business operations, customer support, compliance, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and follow-up capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting channel partners, distributors, or indirect sales organizations.
  • Exposure to compliance, contract administration, or partner agreement management.
  • Experience working with CRM, reporting, or business management systems.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
