Capacity Planner, Studio Infrastructure
Job Description:
- Develop and execute infra capacity plans
- Provide technical expertise to leaders
- Analyze data to inform capacity decisions
- Drive long-term capacity roadmap planning
- Translate demand signals into actionable capacity forecasts
- Conduct what-if analysis and hypothesis testing
- Orchestrate the timely implementation and allocation of infrastructure augments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and the Partnerships team
- Develop requirements for modeling and automation tools
- Manage risks and prioritize competing efforts among teams
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure capacity planning for data centers or cloud platforms
- 10+ years of hands-on data analysis and visualization expertise with deep proficiency in SQL (knowledge of Python is a plus)
- Strong familiarity with or active curiosity about the telecommunications, internet ecosystems, and studio infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in AI tools
- A degree in Management Information Systems, Management Consulting, Statistics, or a related quantitative field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
