About the role   The Business Development Representative will play a crucial role in researching and reaching out to potential leads, contributing to the growth and expansion of AMPECO's market presence in the LATAM region.
Responsibilities
  • Research key industry stakeholders, trends, specifics, and opportunities;
  • Research and identify potential leads to understand their business model, needs;
  • Build a custom approach that identifies the main challenges and missed opportunities per account;
  • Contact outbound opportunities via LinkedIn, email, or phone;
  • Lead thoughtful conversations to guide clients towards a meeting with AMPECO and build long-term relationships;
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industry, our platform and solutions;
  • Work closely with the sales team to strategize and execute business development plans per account;
  • Attend industry events and represent AMPECO by networking and promoting our brand and product;
  • Understand and translate local industry requirements into actionable insights that our product team can execute.

    • Your profile
  • Proven experience in lead research, lead generation, and outbound sales or market research and business management consulting for SaaS products;
  • Previous experience with complex software products;
  • Strong interest in Growth Hacking, Boolean Searches, Automation, Market Research, and Outbound Sales;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; 
  • Experience with both in-person, as well as video conference sales calls; 
  • Self-driven and analytical with attention to detail;
  • Willingness and availability to travel internationally is required;
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish languages;
  • Based in Brazil.

  • Experience in building outreach sequences or leading sales calls;
  • Experience in enterprise software solutions;
  • Experience in the Energy, Venture Capital, Management Consulting or similar industries;
  • Experience in the e-Mobility industry; 
  • Experience with Zapier, PhantomBuster, LinkedIn Helper, and Hubspot or similar tools for prospecting and automation.
